温家宝总理将会见中外记者3月16日上午11时，国务院总理温家宝将应大会新闻发言人的邀请，在人民大会堂三楼大厅与采访十届全国人大五次会议的中外记者见面并回答记者的提问。欢迎采访会议的中外记者凭采访会议的记者证和请柬（每柬一人，与采访会议的记者证合用有效）参加。
记者可于当日上午8时30分开始从人民大会堂东门南侧通道入场。

Premier Wen Will Meet the Press
At 11am March 16 (Friday), at the invitation of the Spokesman of the session, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council will meet the press and be willing to take up questions in the Central Hall on the third floor of the Great Hall of the People. Journalists from China and abroad who cover the session may enter at 8:30am through the south isle of the eastern gate with both the invitation card and the press card of the session.
