中阿博览会是经中国政府批准，由中国商务部、中国国际贸易促进委员会、宁夏回族自治区人民政府共同主办的国家级、国际性综合博览会。

China-Arab States Expo, approved by the State Council of China, and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China,China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is a national comprehensive expo with international participation.

2015中阿博览会将于2015年9月10日至13日在宁夏银川举办。本届博览会的主题为“弘扬丝路精神，深化中阿合作”，将围绕共建丝绸之路经济带经贸、信息、科技、农业、卫生、旅游、文化等领域举办相关会议论坛、对接洽谈及展览展示活动。约旦为本届博览会“主宾国”，并与中方在经贸、投资、旅游、文化等领域共同举办系列活动。

China-Arab States Expo 2015 (CAS Expo) is to be held from 10th to 13th September, 2015 in Yinchuan, Ningxia, China. The theme of the Expo is to “ Carry forward the Silk Road Spirit, Deepen China-Arab States Cooperation ”.Relevant activities such as conferences, forums, match-making meetings as well as exhibitions and shows which focus on jointly building Silk Road Economic Belt in terms of economic and trade, information, science and technology, agriculture, health, tourism, culture, etc..Jordan, as the “Guest Country of Honor” of the Expo, will jointly hold the serial activities with the Chinese sponsors in the fields of economic and trade, investment, tourism, culture and so on.

结合阿拉伯国家富集的石油资源，以及宁夏的优势产业，同时宁夏正在加紧建设内陆开放型试验区和银川综合保税区，本届博览会还将举办：2015中阿博览会约旦主宾国展；2015中阿博览会健康产业展；2015中阿博览会一带一路国际商品展；2015中阿博览会主题省及各省区市特色产业展；2015中阿博览会牛羊肉产品及设备展；2015中阿博览会清真食品展;2015中阿博览会珠宝、工艺品展；2015中阿博览会中国自主品牌汽车展览会等。力争打造中阿经贸合作聚集地，中阿商品流通的新特区。

The Activities of CAS Expo 2015 have Exhibition of the Jordanian Pavilion; Healthy Industry Fair; “Belt and Road” International Merchandise Fair; The Provinces Characteristic Industry Fair; Halal Food and Beef & Mutton products and Equipment Fair; Halal food Fair; Jewelry and handcraft Fair; China self-brand Auto Fair. Strives to build China Arab economic cooperation center and new special region of merchandise circulation.

参展手续 / Participation Procedures

参展单位详细填写好《参展合同表》并加盖公章，邮寄或传真至组委会；

报名后，参展单位必须在10日内将相关费用汇入组委会指定帐户；

展位安排以先报名、先交款、先安排为原则，组委会有权对少量和不合格展位予以调整；

展品运输、展会接待、报到住宿等事宜待会前半个月组委会另行发送参展手册。

Exhibitors shall fill in “Exhibition Application Form/Contract” with official seal and send it to the Organizer by post or fax.

Within 10 days after signing the contract, the applicant shall pay the exhibition fee and the required deposit to the bank account appointed by Organizer.

The allocation of booths is based on the principle of "first come, first pay, first choose". In order to ensure the rationality of allocation and the overall arrangement effect, the Organizing Committee shall have the right to make the adjustment to some booths and unqualified booths that have been allocated.

Within half month before exhibition, the Organizer will send the Exhibition Guide to all Exhibitors which defines the matters on exhibits transportation and exhibition reception and exhibitors’ accommodation etc. 

参展须知 / Participation Instruction

为保证2015年中国—阿拉伯国家博览会参展商品的质量，提高大会商品展示的档次和效果，所有散装食品、裸装食品（如干果、山货、茶叶、干海鲜等）、以及穆斯林民族禁忌类产品如：猪肉及猪肉制品、酒类、等不在本商品展招商范围内。

所有参展企业报名参加须提交有效资质证明（营业执照、生产许可证、产品合格证复印件）。参展企业展销商品须与申报参展商品一致，任何单位及个人不得携带假冒伪劣产品进场，否则组委会有权取消其参展资格。

The applicant shall provide Business License / Production license / Copy of product qualification certificate or any other documents to prove company qualification.

The applicants’ exhibition goods must be consistent with the declared goods.

No counterfeit and shoddy products entering, Otherwise, the Organizer has the right to cancel his / her qualification of attending this Exhibition.

Bulk food, non-packing food (such as dried fruit, mountain products, tea-leaf, dried seafood etc) , Muslim national taboo products ( Pork, pork products, Alcohol etc) are not included in Product Categories.
